that crop up from time to time, but perhaps do not justify the cost of an
onsite appointment.
Having
discussed, supplied and
installed your new computer suite, printer or broadband internet access clients can
continue to rely upon a high level of professional friendly
support by telephone, email, fax or remote access to answer questions or
solve a problem as
required. Each question is typically answered within the minimum 15
minutes charge and clients are invoiced monthly with every 5th question
FREE.
Should
immediate assistance be required, a "PC-Rescue" session may
enable me to quickly resolve an issue that you are experiencing. |
